WHAT IS MESA?
The Mathematics, Engineering, Science Achievement (MESA) UC Davis 6th-12th Program hosts an Annual MESA Day Competition for MESA high school and middle school students in the Greater Sacramento Region. Over 500 students participate annually in this highly anticipated event! Many MESA students are first generation, college-bound students and benefit greatly from early hands-on STEM projects and University of California campus exposure.
VOLUNTEERS:
You will be responsible for overseeing events, crowd control, event registration, helping with lunch distribution, answering questions, etc. for a minimum of 3 hours. Potential Volunteer Times: 7AM-4PM.
