Scott Crosbie Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established in 2013 in memory of Scott Crosbie, the beloved son of Past President and Woman of the Year Heidi Crosbie. Scott was passionate about higher education and the sciences, and he was actively working toward his doctoral degree at UC Davis.

Requirements and qualifications: 

  • Graduating from high school on or before July 31 of this year.

  • Must reside or attend school in Greater Sacramento (Sacramento, Placer, Yolo Counties) at time of application

  • Be pursuing a college degree or technical training certification in the areas of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Mental Health, or Veterinary Science

  • Community Service and/or volunteer experience 

  • Planning to attend a two (2) or four (4) year college or university, Vocational or Trade School in the upcoming academic year

  • Cumulative GPA of at least 2.5

  • Applicants may only apply to one of the Club’s scholarship opportunities per academic year.
